April Roundup

by | Apr 30, 2023 | monthly roundup | 0 comments

You may have noticed we have been a little bit quiet. We haven’t had a podcast episode since December. That’s quite a long time.

The  good news is that we’re back! We have a new podcast episode with Gabby and Iurgi discussing some of the news, what they’ve been reading and discussing their favourite picks from the graphic novels released this month. You can listen to Episode 68: Notables, news and new titles on our podcast blog or wherever you listen to podcasts.

Best of all, we also have a creator chat lined up which should be out around mid-May. We’re very excited that we will have James Foley and Brenton McKenna talking to each other. They’ve both recently published a new junior graphic novel and they’re planning to interview each other about their books. We think it’s going to be a cracker.

And, of course, keep up with the reading. The May ALIA Graphic Book Club is all about alternate versions of the characters we love. Get on board!

As always, if you have any ideas or suggestions or if you’re a library worker and want to join this crazy group, get in touch!
